Delivery
There is a minimum delivery charge of £1.00 to the UK and delivery is charged by weight up to a maximum of £5.00 UK delivery (Maximum delivery to Europe is £12.50 and £18.50 to the rest of the world). You can click on 'view cart' to see the delivery charges so far. (Minimum delivery charge to Europe is £1.50 and to the rest of the world is £2.00).
I have decided to do delivery this way as I feel that having a standard delivery charge of £4 or £5 is too much and puts people off ordering small amounts. I also do not want to offer free delivery and hide the cost by putting up the price of the items, so I thought that this was the way that I could ensure that the delivery charge is fair.
The delivery weight goes up in units of 10g, so if any item weighs under 10g, I have not allocated any weight to it, so you can order any quantity of these items without incurring any extra delivery charge.

The prices shown above include allowances for packaging costs and weight. If the total post and packing cost comes out cheaper than what you have been charged, I will refund the difference.
Delivery is free for orders of £100 and over.
Please allow 7 - 10 days for your delivery to reach you. If you need it more urgently, please let me know as I an normally able to post next day if it is needed sooner.
Returns
Unless otherwise mutually arranged at the time of purchase, refunds will only be given for items damaged on receipt. Please inform me within 48 hours of receipt of any damaged items.
Payment
Methods of payment currently accepted are Paypal, Nochex and cheque/postal order. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay via Paypal. If you wish to pay by any other method, please contact me and I will see if it is practical to be set up. (NB I will not be able to accept money orders or cheques drawn on banks outside of the UK).
